AGM

The AGM will cover official business in first part, then there will be an open forum after for more general feedback and discussion.
Bar shuts 19.55 and AGM will start promptly. Paper will be linked from this page about 2 weeks beforehand, meanwhile if anyone has any constitutional changes or wishes to nominate for a position please email or write to the Honorary secretary or via the club website at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the AGM.
Nominations and proposals for club officers are also welcome - again these need to submitted in writing at least 3 weeks in advance.
