The meeting is 1815 start but Microsoft don't seem to like exact times.
These are the topics people have raised so far.
- As last meeting notes - items held over, only ones that have not been completed / resolved (minutes below)
- Publishing of courses and club resources
- Instructor update and thank you - suggest 22/4/23 to co-inside with Sailability rigging day. What instructor training do we want to cover - CPD / Safeguarding / RYA CPD (further courses Regional instructor Conferences), rigging Terras etc.
- Di course only 3 on do we delay
- Development plan - review of 2022 - review of long term goals, actions for 23 Managing qualifications/ Welfare (Safeguarding) / DBS and tags Windsurfing - SCM suggest we don't have a strong team with relevant qualifications- we don't run regular courses, how do we address.
- Review of Training SOP and print format - should we amend mid season if something because apparent, do we use a supliment ?
